On July 18, 2011, at OCBC NISP Tower, a  Loan Syndication facility amounting to Rp 600 billion was signed between Buana Finance and several banks that joined the syndication  namely  the Bank OCBC NISP, Bank Jabar Banten (BJB), Bank BNI, Bank Ekonomi Rahardja and Bank of China Ltd.

The  syndicated loan with 3 year tenor will be utilized by Buana Finance to provide financing   of four-wheeled vehicles and financial lease. In his speech, Mr. Soetadi Limin as the President Director of Buana Finance said, "We greatly appreciate the support of member of the bank syndication, and indeed, with the funding support from the banks, we will continue to grow the business of Buana Finance"
