Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Buana Finance
The Company’s Annual and Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting were held on April 28, 2011. Some important decisions of these Meetings were as follows :
- Approval to declare the payment of cash dividends of Rp. 35/share
- Approval to amend Article 22 of the Company’s Articles of Associations.
