On October 19, 2012 at the Merchantile Club – Jakarta, Buana Finance signed a syndicated loan facility agreement with Bank Central Asia and Bank Permata (both acting as Mandated Lead Arranger), and also with Bank Papua, Bank Kaltim and Bank Kalsel. The loan, which amounts to IDR 1 Trillion and carries a tenor of 3 year will be used as working capital. As of September 30, 2012, Buana Finance  has recorded total assets of IDR 3.5 trillion and maintained its focus on leasing and used car financing.
