On September 21, 2012, the Company  obtained the term loan facilitity from Bank Panin in the amount of IDR 200 billion. Previously on April 12, 2012 the Company had received a similar loan facility in the amount IDR 200 Billion. Both loan facilities have a tenor of 3 years and will be used for  working capital.
