On Wednesday, 8 April 2015, PT Buana Finance Tbk (the Company) issued IDR250 billion of Medium Term Notes (MTN) II. This MTN II is the second issuance for the Company, whereby previously the Company issued MTN I in November 2013 for IDR150 million and has fully repaid them in November 2014. Proceeds of the MTN II will be used for 2015 working capital purposes to support the Companys business, i.e. leasing and consumer financing.
