Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Buana Finance
On June 5, 2015 PT Buana Finance Tbk was held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), which is attended by Board of Commisioners, Directors, Audit Committee and the Shareholders of Buana Finance.
This event which is held at Mercantile Club has resulted an important decisions such as Approval of the Annual Report, Ratification of the Company’s Financial Statements for the book year 2014 which is have been audited by Purwantono, Suherman & Surja, a member of Ernst & Young Global Limited.
In the results of the meeting, Buana Finance decided to pay cash divident Rp 98.7 billion or similar with Rp 60 per share .
The final dividends will be paid on July 1, 2015.
