Refering to OJK Ruling No. 35 / POJK.04 / 2014 dated December 8, 2014 on the Corporate Secretary of Listed Public Company , henceforth starting from August 20, 2019 PT Buana Finance Tbk has appointed its new Corporate Secretary, which effected the change of incumbent from the former, Mr. Ted Suyani to Mr. Ahmad Khaetami.
