Signing Amendment Of Credit Facility Agreement between PT Buana Finance Tbk and Standard Chartered Bank, Jakarta Branch (SCB)
On 20 August 2021, the Company signing Amendment and Restatement Facility Agreement dated 28 August 2019 with Bank Standard Chartered, Jakarta Branch in relation with the addition of a new Creditor in the agreement, namely Bank of Panhsin, and the Company also signed a Guarantee Agent Transfer Agreement for the facility with the appointed guarantee agent, namely PT Bank Central Asia Tbk
