PT Buana Finance Tbk ("the Company") and PT Bank Jago Tbk has signed addendum Credit Facility Agreement on Friday, December 23, 2022, which is the additional of term loan facility for the Company in amount of Rp 250 billion so the total plafond become Rp 750 billion with maximum tenor 48 months, and the extention of availability period of promissory note for additional one year while the facility amount remains at Rp 200 billion
