PT Buana Finance Tbk (the "Company") and PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk has signed Credit Facility Agreement on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, which is the additional of term loan facility for the Company in amount of Rp 500 billion with maximum tenor 48 months and overdraft facility in amount of Rp 15 billion with maximum tenor 12 months.
