PT Buana Finance Tbk (the Company) has signed Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk on Friday, March 22, 2024, which is provision of term loan facility in amount of Rp300 billion with tenor 48 months for the Company.

Credit facility will be used for the Company’s working Capital purposes, namely offering Consumer Finance and Financial Lease. These facilities secured by the Company receivables.
