Installment Payment

Buana Finance offers convenient options for making your installment payments. You can choose the payment method below that best suits your needs.

Bank BRI

Payment via BRI Virtual Account

Virtual Account Number: 35023 + (13-digit) Contract Number
Example: 350238351011912345

Payment Steps:

  1. Insert your card into the ATM machine.

  2. Enter your ATM PIN.

  3. Select “Other Transactions.”

  4. Select “Payment,” then choose “Others.”

  5. Select “BRIVA.”

  6. Enter your BRIVA number: 35023 + (13-digit) Contract Number.

  7. The system will verify your details.

  8. Enter the payment amount.

  9. Review the name, BRIVA number, and payment amount. If correct, press “Yes” to proceed.

  10. Save your payment receipt for your records.

Bank BCA

BCA Virtual Account Number: 00376 + (13 digits) Contract No.
Example: 003761234567890123

  1. Insert ATM Card and BCA ATM PIN
  2. Select the “Cash Withdrawal/Other Transactions” menu
  3. Select the “Other Transactions” menu
  4. Select the “Transfer” menu
  5. Select the “To BCA Virtual Account” menu
  6. Enter the 5 digit Buana Finance code for BCAVA (00376) and 13 Contract No. (example: 003768281011200888)
  7. Click “Correct”
  8. Check the transaction details and select “Yes”
  9. Transaction complete.
     
Bank Danamon

Danamon Virtual Account Number: 755 + (13 digits) Contract No.
Example: 7668351011912345.

  1. Insert the card into the ATM machine
  2. Enter ATM PIN No.
  3. Press "Payment" then press “Other”
  4. Press “Virtual Account”
  5. Enter your VA No. which is 766 + (13 digits) Contract No.
  6. Recheck the name, VA No., and payment amount. If it is correct, press "Yes" to continue the payment process
  7. Save the payment receipt
POS Indonesia
  1. State your contract number (13 digits) to the cashier.
  2. Confirm name, contract number and installment amount
  3. After the payment process is complete, make sure you receive a payment receipt. Make sure the installment amount on the payment receipt is correct with the amount you paid.
  4. Late payments of ≥ 60 days cannot be made through Pos Indonesia.
  5. The final installment/settlement can only be made at the Buana Finance branch office.
Indomaret / Ceriamart
  1. State your contract number (13 digits) to the cashier.
  2. Confirm name, contract number and installment amount
  3. After the payment process is complete, make sure you receive a payment receipt. Make sure the installment amount on the payment receipt matches the amount you paid.
  4. Late payments of ≥ 60 days cannot be made through Indomaret and Ceriamart. The final installment/settlement can only be made at Buana Finance branch offices.
  5. The final installment/settlement can only be made at Buana Finance branch offices. The maximum total payment through Indomaret & Ceriamart is IDR 10,000,000,-
Alfamart, Alfamidi, DanDan
  1. State your contract number (13 digits) to the cashier.
  2. Confirm name, contract number and installment amount
  3. After the payment process is complete, make sure you receive a payment receipt. Make sure the installment amount on the payment receipt matches the amount you paid.
  4. Late payments of ≥ 60 days cannot be made at Alfamart, Alfamidi & Dandan. The final installment/payment can only be made at the Buana Finance branch office.
  5. The final installment/payment can only be made at the Buana Finance branch office. The maximum total payment through Alfamart, Alfamidi & Dandan is IDR 5,000,000,-
Tokopedia
  1. Enter the Tokopedia Application or click the link https://www.tokopedia.com/angsuran/.
  2. Select the "Top Up and Bills" menu
  3. Select the "Credit Installment" menu
  4. Select "Buana Finance" and enter the "Contract Number"
  5. Click Pay and Select Payment Method. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer and Cash at Retail Outlets.
  6. To see valid proof of payment, click View on the invoice number. Proof of Payment in the form of an Invoice can be accessed via the Application and also sent to the Email registered in the Tokopedia account.
Bukalapak
  1. Enter the Bukalapak Application or click the link https://www.bukalapak.com/angsuran-kredit.
  2. Select the "Top Up and Fill Credit" menu
  3. Select the "Credit Installment" menu
  4. Select "Buana Finance" and enter the "Contract Number"
  5. Click Pay and Select Payment Method. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer and Cash at Retail Outlets.
  6. To see valid proof of payment, click View on the invoice number. Proof of Payment in the form of an Invoice can be accessed via the Application and also sent to the Email registered in the Bukalapak account.
Shopee
  1. Enter the Shopee Application or click the link https://shopee.co.id/produk-digital.
  2. Select the "Credit, Bills & Entertainment" menu
  3. Select the "Credit Installment" menu
  4. Select "Buana Finance" and enter the "Contract Number"
  5. Click Pay and Select Payment Method. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer and Cash at Retail Outlets.
  6. To see valid proof of payment, click View on the invoice number. Proof of Payment in the form of an Invoice can be accessed via the Application and also sent to the Email registered in the Shopee account.
Buana Finance Branch Office

You can make installment payments through the Buana Finance Branch Office (https://www.buanafinance.co.id/network/)
