In this Customer Consent Statement, the term (i) “Customer” refers to any individual who owns Personal Data and has used and/or will use the products and/or services of PT Buana Finance Tbk, including visitors and users of PT Buana Finance Tbk’s website/application/electronic system; and (ii) “PT Buana Finance Tbk” refers to PT Buana Finance Tbk and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates and/or designated business partners currently committed to protecting the interests and comfort of the Customer, including within the scope of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as “PDP Law”) and other applicable regulations related to personal data protection in Indonesia.

As part of its compliance with the PDP Law, PT Buana Finance Tbk is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of Customer Personal Data. Through this Customer Consent Form, PT Buana Finance Tbk specifically requests the Customer's consent for the collection and processing of their Personal Data.

This Consent Form outlines the purposes for collecting Personal Data, the types of data collected, storage and security measures, disclosure and sharing of data, as well as the Customer’s right to withdraw consent — as further detailed in PT Buana Finance Tbk’s Privacy Policy available on the company's official website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer Consent”).

Pasal 1 - Purpose of Personal Data Collection

The personal data collected by PT Buana Finance Tbk may be used to:

Provide PT Buana Finance Tbk’s products and/or services to customers,Implement the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle, Personalize financing products and/or services offered to customers, Resolve any issues related to customer access to PT Buana Finance Tbk’s financing products and/or services,Evaluate, improve, and/or update features of those products and services, Offer advertisements, promotions, or marketing activities for PT Buana Finance Tbk’s products and/or services or those of third parties in cooperation with PT Buana Finance Tbk, Operate customer loyalty programs, And for other purposes, as permitted or required under applicable laws and regulations.

The types of services and products provided by PT Buana Finance Tbk include:

Financing services, which cover all forms of financing facilities as regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and/or other laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia;

Websites, features, applications, social media, or other forms of communication media provided or used by PT Buana Finance Tbk;

The handling and resolution of customer complaints related to PT Buana Finance Tbk’s financing products and/or services, and addressing any issues regarding customer access to those services.

To support the purposes of personal data collection, PT Buana Finance Tbk may appoint third parties as personal data processors to process customer data. However, PT Buana Finance Tbk remains fully responsible and will fulfill its obligations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

Pasal 2 - Personal Data Storage and Security

The Customer’s Personal Data will be stored and used in accordance with the retention periods and purposes stated in the Privacy Policy. PT Buana Finance Tbk will take necessary steps to ensure the highest level of security to protect the data from unauthorized access, breaches, and misuse.

Customers are advised to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, PINs, and avoid sharing account details. Customers should also secure their devices used to access PT Buana Finance Tbk services.

While PT Buana Finance Tbk guarantees efforts to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and security of Personal Data, it cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of data provided. All reasonable efforts will be taken to prevent unauthorized access or breaches, although PT Buana Finance Tbk acknowledges that certain risks may be outside its control, such as force majeure events.

In such cases, PT Buana Finance Tbk will remain accountable by informing Customers through official communication channels.

Pasal 3 - Type of Personal Data Collected

The Personal Data collected by PT Buana Finance Tbk is classified into:

• General Personal Data
• Specific Personal Data

Pasal 4 - Disclosure of Personal Data

PT Buana Finance Tbk will only disclose or share Customer Personal Data under the following circumstances:

1. When necessary for service features or third-party applications chosen by the Customer
2. For national defense and security purposes;
3. For legal enforcement processes;
4. For public interest in state administration;
5. For financial service supervision, monetary system, payment systems, and financial stability; and/or
6. When the Customer has provided explicit consent for such disclosure.

Pasal 5 - Withdraw of Consent for Data Processing

1. Customers have the right to give or withdraw consent for their Personal Data processing.
2. If a Customer wishes to withdraw their previously given consent, they may contact PT Buana Finance Tbk through the contact information provided in Article 6. However, such withdrawal may affect PT Buana Finance Tbk’s ability to provide certain products or services.
