These General Terms and Conditions govern the Cashback Program offered to Buana Finance customers who finance vehicle units and complete vehicle handover at Bursa Otomotif Buana – POIN PIK2 (“Program”), organized by PT Buana Finance Tbk (“Buana Finance”).
By participating in this Program, each individual is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions described below.

The Program is valid from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (“Program Period”). The selection of eligible customers for cashback will be conducted at the end of February 2026.
This Program applies to all Buana Finance customers who meet the following conditions:
Financing a vehicle unit through a Buana Finance partner showroom located at Bursa Otomotif Buana.
Vehicle handover must be conducted at Bursa Otomotif Buana – POIN PIK 2 and proven with a handover photo.
Financing must Go Live and be active in the Buana Finance system within the period of 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
Cashback will be transferred to the bank account registered under the customer’s name as recorded in the Buana Finance system.
The Program is valid for both individuals and business entities.
Participants must read and fully understand these General Terms and Conditions before joining the Program.
Buana Finance reserves the right to reject or cancel participation if any violation or non-fulfillment of requirements is identified.
Participants are fully responsible for any risks, claims, or demands arising from their participation or cancellation of participation in the Program.
Participants who meet all Program requirements are eligible for the cashback prize as follows:
1st Selected Customer: Cashback of Rp 50,000,000
2nd Selected Customer: Cashback of Rp 25,000,000
3rd Selected Customer: Cashback of Rp 10,000,000
4th, 5th, and 6th Selected Customers: Cashback of Rp 5,000,000 each
Cashback will be transferred to the customer’s bank account as recorded in the Buana Finance system.
Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to any other form.
Cashback entitlement is void if the financing is cancelled and/or early settlement is made before cashback payment.
Buana Finance reserves the right to perform verification prior to cashback disbursement.
Selected customers must attend the symbolic Cashback Handover Ceremony at Bursa Otomotif Buana – KSKC POIN PIK 2. Cashback entitlement will be void if the customer does not attend.
Free Total Loss Only (TLO) Insurance using OONA Insurance for up to 5 years of financing tenure for the first 150 customers (if the selected insurance differs from the Program provision, the premium difference must be paid upfront to Buana Finance).
Free Pertamina Fastron Oil (type adjusted to vehicle needs), valid for 282 gallons across various oil types, delivered according to the conditions stated in Section II.3 “Participant Criteria”.
Eligible customers will automatically be registered as Cashback Program Participants.
Selected cashback winners will be announced at the end of February 2026.
Cashback amount and winner list will be announced through Buana Finance’s official communication channels.
Cashback disbursement can only be made to the customer’s bank account as recorded in the Buana Finance system.

Participants who qualify for the Purchase Rewards and are selected as winners are entitled to receive their rewards upon fulfilling all Program requirements stated in Sections II, III, and IV.
Winner selection will be conducted transparently by Buana Finance in accordance with internal procedures.
The decision of Buana Finance is final and cannot be contested.
Winners will be announced through official Buana Finance channels and contacted directly by authorized officers.
Participants may not be selected as cashback recipients even if they meet all Program requirements.
Cashback entitlement is revoked if:
Financing is cancelled and/or early settlement is made before cashback payment; or
Customer data in the Buana Finance system is invalid.
No administration or participation fees will be charged to customers who join this cashback program.

a. Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for goods or other forms.
b. Participants who have received any reward during the Program Period are not eligible for additional rewards.
a. Participants acknowledge and agree that Buana Finance reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be announced via Buana Finance’s official website. If changes affect benefits, risks, costs, terms, or conditions, Participants may submit objections within 7 x 24 hours from the announcement date.
b. Participants are deemed to agree to any changes if no objection is submitted within the specified period. If a Participant disagrees, the Participant may cancel participation after fulfilling all obligations to Buana Finance (if any).
c. Participants confirm that no transaction is associated with money-laundering activities or any prohibited activities under Indonesian law.
d. Titles and headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
e. If fraud, irregularities, or suspicious activity is reported, Buana Finance reserves the right to cancel transactions, participation, or reward eligibility.
f. All Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including OJK regulations.
g. Buana Finance is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Participants must beware of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Buana Finance and offering prizes. Any fraudulent acts by third parties misusing the Program name are not under the responsibility of Buana Finance.
