Bring the required documents and identification such as: Original KTP/Passport/KITAP of an authorized official and still valid (according to the applicable company articles of association)
Identity (KTP/SIM/KITAS/Passport) of the administrator who collects the BPKB.
Original Receipt of Last Installment Payment/Settlement.
Original KTP/Passport/KITAP of the authorized official and still valid (according to the applicable company articles of association).
Original KTP of the authorized person that is still valid
Power of Attorney which must be made on the company letterhead, sufficiently stamped, signed by the authorized official (according to the applicable company articles of association) and affixed with the company stamp. Make sure from the company articles of association, that the authorized official is authorized to give power of attorney to another person (has the right of substitution) to collect the company's BPKB
Photocopy of the applicable company articles of association.
