1. Partial Claim

2. Total Loss Claim (CTL) / Damage Above 75% of the actual price (unit), and Loss Claim (Stolen) submitted by consumers through the Buana Finance branch office.

CTL Claim  
CTL Claim (prepare the following documents to be given to Buana Finance):

  • Original Certificate / Policy or copy.
  • Original STNK that is still valid and valid according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (if lost there must be a Police Report Letter).
  • Copy of valid driver's SIM A.
  • Copy of the insured's ID card according to the policy.
  • Vehicle ignition key (including spare key).
  • Claim form (can be obtained at the insurance company office or insurance company partner workshop).
  • Police Report Letter at the scene (in the area of ​​the incident).
  • KIR Book (KEUR) for vehicle types that use KIR (KEUR).
    Other additional documents if needed according to the provisions of the insurance company and/or other documents if they involve compensation for a third party (TJH third party).

Stolen Claim:

Stolen Claim (prepare the following documents to be given to Buana Finance):

  • Original Certificate / Policy or copy.
  • Original STNK that is still valid and valid according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (if lost, there must be a Police Report Letter).
  • Copy of valid driver's SIM A.
  • Copy of the insured's ID card according to the policy.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty Unit

Provisions:

  1. Warranty coverage is valid for 12 months starting from the Go Live date or until 20,000 KM mileage is reached (whichever comes first).
  2. Total claim coverage: Rp50,000,000
  3. Maximum claim limit per incident: Rp10,000,00

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Japanese and non-Japanese car brands.
  2. Vehicle type: Passenger cars only.
  3. Vehicle age: Maximum of 10 years.
  4. Odometer reading at the time of application: Maximum of 200,000 KM.
Warranty Claim Procedure

A. OTOSPECTOR

  • Authorized Workshop (Cashless)
  1. Contact the Otospector warranty team at +62 819-0831-3362
  2. Vehicle will be inspected by Otospector inspector
  3. Vehicle will be directed to the nearest partner workshop
  4. Repair costs will be paid directly by Otospector to the workshop
  • Independent Workshop (Reimbursement)
  1. Contact the Otospector warranty team at +62 819-0831-3362
  2. Repair at a non-partner workshop must be pre-approved
  3. Customer pays repair costs upfront to the workshop
  4. Otospector reimburses the customer after verification

B. WSI

  1. Contact WSI Hotline at 0811-9141-680
  2. Vehicle will be inspected by the nearest partner workshop
  3. WSI will inform the debtor of the inspection result and vehicle status within 2×24 hours
